Our electronic hardware design process starts with a thorough requirements gathering phase. During this initial stage, we engage with stakeholders to understand the technical and business objectives, along with functional, environmental, and regulatory requirements that the hardware must fulfill.
Conceptual System Level Design
With a comprehensive set of requirements, we proceed to the conceptual design phase. This is where our engineers brainstorm and outline potential solutions, creating block diagrams and preliminary schematics. We consider various design approaches, assessing them for feasibility, performance, cost, and reliability.
After selecting the most promising concept, we move into the components selection phase. Here, we identify all the critical components answering the product features and requirements. This stage allows us to establish a macro Bill Of Material.
Documentation
We produce comprehensive documentation of the electronic architecture, capturing the design decisions, component specifications. A final review with stakeholders ensures that the architecture meets all requirements and is ready for the next step.
